These terms govern use of MedTime, the iOS app operated by Sonic Wall LLC. Using the app means you agree to the terms below and to any applicable Apple platform terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of MedTime. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. License

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

3. Medical disclaimer

MedTime is an organizational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always seek guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.
  • In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Devices, Apple services, and iCloud

The app relies on Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, and StoreKit for sync, sharing, and purchase restoration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to compatible devices.
  • You are responsible for the security of your Apple account.
  • You should only share profiles with people you trust.

5. Shared profiles

  • The owner controls when a profile is shared and when sharing stops.
  • Participants can leave shared profiles.
  • Invite distribution and trust decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Purchases

MedTime is a paid app, and MedTime Pro is a separate one-time unlock for profile sharing features.

  • Pricing is displayed through the App Store and may vary by region.
  • Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple under Apple's terms.
  • Eligible purchases can be restored with the same Apple account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful activity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass protections in the app
  • Interfere with app operation, services, or security controls

8. Privacy

Your use of MedTime is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sonic Wall LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the app.

10. Changes and termination

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or to protect security or legal compliance.
