MedTime is designed with accessibility in mind for both the website and the iPhone app. The goal is to support a wider range of users, input methods, and assistive technologies while keeping essential information easy to read and operate.
Media access
Tutorial videos include captions, transcripts, descriptive fallback links, and standard browser playback controls.
App access
The iPhone app is designed to work with Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, system appearance preferences, and native iOS controls where possible.
What this site currently does
- Uses keyboard-focus indicators on links, buttons, and video controls
- Uses semantic landmarks such as header, nav, main, and footer
- Provides descriptive page titles and meta descriptions
- Uses readable spacing and contrast-conscious colors
- Avoids auto-playing or motion-heavy page effects
- Provides text alternatives for media through captions and transcripts
What the app is intended to support
- Standard iOS controls and gestures
- System light, dark, or device-following appearance modes
- Readable layouts for core reminder and record screens
- Clear labels and feedback for common tasks such as saving or editing
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some assistive-technology or device combinations may still reveal issues, especially as the app changes over time.
Report an accessibility problem
If you find a barrier on the website or in the app, email support@medtime.app with:
- The page or app screen involved
- Your device, OS version, and browser or assistive technology
- What you tried to do
- What blocked completion of the task
Response goal
Accessibility reports should be reviewed and prioritized alongside other functional defects, with a focus on blockers first.
